Maximizing the Power of Now, we explore practical approaches to alternating between bold "maximalist" strategies that make the most of the present moment and measured “minimalist” efforts that reduce some common justifications for mismanaging the present. In other words, we examine how to make the most of the present, the only moment which holds true power, while maximizing our opportunities and minimizing our excuses.
